Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

CustomH Studio respects customer-provided design information and does not publicly display private customer projects without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

CustomH Studio retains ownership of our original designs, technical processes, and website content unless otherwise agreed.

Customer-specific designs and confidential project information will be handled according to agreed terms between both parties.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Production time and shipping time may vary depending on project complexity and destination.

CustomH Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Import regulations
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, returns or exchanges may not be accepted for products made according to customer specifications.
