We use calipers to measure all dimensions during production. Please refer to the “About Size” section after the customization process for measurement instructions. Since these are handmade products, it’s impossible for everyone to measure perfectly. Minor errors are not considered quality issues and cannot be used as a reason for return.

Regarding product color, color differences are unavoidable because computers or mobile phones cannot accurately reproduce the product’s color. Our products are made of titanium steel or pure titanium, resulting in a metallic color.
